
Director of Coaching and Choreography
Adam Wojnar is an experienced cheer coach and choreographer with deep roots in Florida cheerleading and a strong understanding of the collegiate pathway. He he grew up competing as a coed cheerleader at Fleming Island High, where during his time with the program he helped to bring home multiple Florida State championships.
Adam went on to cheer at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he refined his technical skills, performance quality, and leadership at one of the highest levels of the sport. His choreography style is collegiate-inspired and detail-driven, emphasizing precision, structure, and performance readiness while preparing athletes for the next level.
Professionally, Adam serves as a Corporate Partnerships Manager with Varsity Spirit. Outside of work, he is a proud girl dad who is passionate about mentoring young athletes and helping them reach their full potential.

Director of Coaching and Choreography
Alexis Wojnar brings over a decade of experience coaching and choreographing at the middle and high school levels. She has worked with FHSAA State Championship–winning programs, NHSCC finalists, and teams across the country.
Known for clean, innovative, and intentional choreography, Alexis focuses on developing routines that highlight each program’s identity while building confidence, consistency, and competitive performance.
Alexis previously served as a UCA Head Instructor for the state of Florida and worked full-time with Varsity Spirit as the Walt Disney World Liaison. Her work contributed to major initiatives including the launch of the Intermediate Division, the National School Spirit Championships, and the Varsity Beauty Line. She has been recognized as UCA Head Instructor of the Year and Varsity Spirit Marketer of the Year.
Above all, Alexis is passionate about athlete development, leadership, and creating positive, impactful experiences. She is a proud mom to her daughter, Addie—future SJMSAA cheerleader—who inspires her commitment to youth and community.

Instructor/Coach
Abril Nolasco was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She began doing cheerleading when she was 5 years old through the Baker County Touchdown Club. After that, she continued to follow her passion throughout middle school and into high school as well. Abril graduated from Baker County High School in 2022 and was part of both the varsity sideline and competition teams. She is currently a cheerleader at the University of North Florida where she is working towards obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health and plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. Abril competed at NCA College Nationals earning 4th place, as well as FHSAA State earning 2nd place.
Abril is currently on UCA Staff and enjoys getting to work with so many talented teams during the summer. She loves sharing her knowledge of the sport, helping young athletes get new skills, and being a small part of their journey towards state or nationals. In addition to this, she also coaches the Baker County High School competition team. Outside of cheerleading, Abril loves going to the beach and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Jadie Joy Johnson was born and raised in Illinois. She began cheerleading when she was 5 years old. After that, she continued cheering in middle school and competitively in high school when she also coached competitive teams. She then followed her passion of cheerleading into college at the University of North Florida where she is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management. Jadie is so excited to help young athletes and share her love for the sport.

Kiersten is originally from West Virginia and moved to the area in 2023. Growing up with a love for cheerleading and tumbling; her experience ranges from sideline cheering through middle school, where she then transitioned to competitive cheerleading. During this time she earned several national titles and competed at prestigious competitions such as The D2 Summit Cheerleading Competition where her team placed in the top 10. Kiersten played an active role as the captain of her competitive cheer team for all 6 years that she was there. Kiersten also served as a part-time gymnastics instructor for two local organizations. She had the privilege to attend many different training camps for both tumbling and stunting with well-known competitive cheerleaders. She looks forward to using her experience to help young athletes improve their skills and provide a place of comfort and confidence that she was able to experience as a child.

Caroline Roe, originally from Pennsylvania, made a move to St. Augustine in 2023. With a passion for cheerleading ignited at the age of 6, she embarked on a journey that included cheering for her high school team until her graduation in 2023. Caroline's competitive spirit led her to prestigious events such as Summit, Cheersport, and NCA, where she showcased her skills. Alongside cheerleading, she honed her talents in various dance styles at her studio and even lent her choreography skills to school musicals. Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations at Flagler College, Caroline is also a proud member of the college dance team. Thrilled to embrace the next chapter, she joins Sparc Athletics as a coach, eager to inspire and mentor aspiring athletes.
Mallory's journey in cheerleading began at the age of 5, taking a brief hiatus to pursue dance until she realized her true passion lay in cheerleading, which she resumed until the age of 17. Mallory's cheerleading career has been a journey from Pop Warner to Island Allstars, where she fostered lifelong friendships and cherished memories. She believes that starting cheerleading was one of the best decisions she ever made, citing the enduring bonds and camaraderie as invaluable rewards. Mallory is thrilled to continue her love for cheerleading at SPARC Athletics, where she looks forward to inspiring and supporting fellow athletes.
Ivey Orndorff, is thrilled to join the SPARC Athletics family. She is originally from Cody, Wyoming, and is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in American Sign Language at Flagler College. Her journey in athletics began with 12 years of competitive gymnastics, which laid the foundation for my cheerleading career. She discovered her passion for cheerleading during her senior year of high school, inspired by my incredible cheer coach to pursue it at the collegiate level. Today, she is honored to serve as the captain of the Flagler College Cheerleading team—a role that has allowed her to grow as an athlete and a leader. She is deeply passionate about cheerleading and loves watching teams and individual athletes develop their skills and achieve their goals. Outside of cheer Ivey enjoys staying active with fitness, exploring new destinations through travel, and relaxing at the beach. She can’t wait to bring my enthusiasm and experience to the SPARC Athletics community and support the growth and success of our athletes!
Shavon Savoy brings over 12 years of cheer experience to SPARC Athletics. She has done it all—sideline cheer, competitive cheer, and even competing on the world stage at Worlds! Originally from Maryland, Shavon is now a proud member of the Flagler College cheerleading team while pursuing a degree in psychology. Cheer has been her lifelong passion, and she loves helping athletes build confidence, strength, and teamwork. Shavon knows what it takes to bring out the best in every cheerleader. Her goal is to create a positive and motivating environment where athletes feel empowered to push their limits and have fun along the way. Whether it’s perfecting stunts, mastering tumbling, or bringing the ultimate game-day spirit, she is dedicated to making every practice and performance unforgettable.

Kellie was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and recently moved to the St. Augustine area after spending 3 years in Oregon. She has over 13 years of gymnastics experience, competing as a level 9 gymnast at the NYS championships before retiring. Kellie continued her pursuit of athletic excellence as a competitive springboard diver throughout college, followed by an amateur competitive career in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. She is also a certified nutrition coach with a continued passion for wellness and fitness in her everyday life. She has worked with and coached gymnasts of all levels, from youth recreational up to levels 8 and 9 state championship competitors, and excels in coaching proper form and powerful tumbling. She loves helping young athletes cultivate strength, confidence, and discipline through sport.

Coach Amanda has been coaching cheer for more than 10 years, including 7 seasons with the Mount Sinai School District in New York and several years coaching youth teams before that. A lifelong cheerleader herself, she knows firsthand how powerful the sport can be—bringing people together, building confidence, and creating lasting memories. Her coaching style is all about creating a positive, supportive space where athletes can grow, have fun, and work hard. She believes in setting big goals, focusing on safety and execution, and making sure every athlete feels like they’re part of something special. She teaches her teams to lead on the mat and in life—lifting each other up (pun intended), straightening each other's crowns, and showing the world what it means to be a cheerleader.

Junior Coach
Mia is a high school cheerleader entering her third season, currently in her second year on varsity. A former JV and Middle School Captain, she’s also a two-time UCA All-American. Mia started cheer at age 7, briefly explored All Star, but found her passion in sideline and school cheer. As a Junior Coach, Mia loves working with younger athletes and sharing her enthusiasm for tumbling, stunting, and cheerleading. She’s known for creating a fun, encouraging environment and believes hard work and dedication are the keys to success.

Melissa was born and raised in the Akron, Ohio area. She has an extensive athletic background, including gymnastics and All-Star cheerleading. Melissa then went on to become a member of the University of Akron cheerleading team throughout college and became the head coach for the university’s entire spirit program. Melissa, and her husband, Brian, relocated to the Saint Augustine, Florida area in summer of 2015. They have two children, Abigail and Luke. Melissa continues to incorporate fitness and gymnastics skills in her daily life as a Professional IFBB Fitness Athlete. She enjoys including Abigail in gymnastics skills and is excited to share her passion as a leader for the “Mommy & Me” classes.
